Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Water, Modified Starch, Salt, Lye Water, Lemon Yellow, Tapioca Starch

Expiry:
  • 1 month if refrigerated
  • 2 years if frozen
Directions:
(Do NOT cook noodles in frozen state.)
  1. Fully defrost in fridge.
  2. Take chilled noodles out from the fridge and portion what you need from the vacuum bag.
  3. Leave it at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Loosen noodle strands.
  5. Cook noodles in boiling water with gentle stirring for 90-120 seconds.
  6. Add into soup or mix with preferred sauce.
  7. Slurp and enjoy.
Pro-tip:
  • For that extra bouncy texture, do a quick rinse in cold water after cooking noodles.
